Lyn is a wellness coach and an excellent speaker and has all the latest information on good food choices and lifestyle tips to guide people to optimal health. She can help you with small changes in lifestyle that can make all the difference.
Linda is a yoga and meditation teacher and will guide you through simple Yin Yoga to relax deeply and encourage your meditation journey. Linda will also assist with comfort and clarity on your choices to be active, stay supple and maintain muscle mass. She also runs retreats and local yoga classes.
