Nambour RE/MAX launch boutique land release in Coes Creek

Remax Nambour recently hosted an Open Day for a boutique land release in Coes Creek.

‘The Retreat’ comprises 14 flat generous sized blocks with a 3,885m2 green reserve, a tranquil centrepiece.

We have on the ground knowledge and are accessible, and therefore more accountable.”

First home buyers may be eligible for the $15,000 state government grant on new builds, making this an excellent opportunity for families in the area.

“The Retreat is within walking distance to child-care, parks and playgrounds, and local shops, and schools,” Tristan explained.
