Chamber Christmas Party at the Namba

Members and supporters of the Nambour Chamber of Commerce will be celebrating at their highly anticipated annual Christmas party on Friday evening on December 6.

“The Christmas party will be a great way to come together, have a few drinks and nibbles, and celebrate the year that has been, without having to rush off to work afterwards.” said Chamber President, Mark Bray. 

“The Namba has a terrific atmosphere and we had really good feedback after last year’s party there. This year, we have raised the bar and it will be a night to remember. Local businesses have donated 18 incredible prizes for our raffle, some worth hundreds of dollars each. These include a $990 cocktail masterclass for 10 people from Sunshine & Sons Distillery, a $700 advertising package from the Sunshine Valley Gazette, Hypnotherapy sessions valued at $400 from Your Mind Redesigned, a deluxe camping swag from Century 21 Living Local, a $150 trvel voucher from Easy Travel & Cruise, a pair of Bill Bass sunglasses valued at $125 from Absolute Vision, a 1 hour sauna package from Amaroo Day Spa, and for the most festive dressed, a dinner for 2 at Club Namba. This is only a handful of the prizes which total $3000 in value and to be honest, we have been blown away by the raffle prize donations we have received,” he said.

“And we will have live music, with local singer, Imogen Outridge performing exclusively for us, thanks to our sponsor Community Bank Woombye & Districts,” he added. 

This free event kicks off at 5.30pm and Members receive their first drink free. “We would love to see as many of our members and supporters as possible on the night, dressed in their Christmas season best. It will be a fantastic way to wind up the year.”
