Hinterland entrepreneurs taste success at  Sunshine Coast Business Awards

Hinterland businesses shone bright at the Sunshine Coast Business Awards 2022 on Saturday night (November 12), as 132 finalists contested the 27th annual event.

Travis Schultz & Partners, Mooloolaba was crowned with the award, Sunshine Coast 2022 Business of the Year.

Other winners included the following hinterland businesses.

• Hall of Fame inductees: The Ginger Factory, Yandina.

• Accommodation (Tourism), Small Category: Narrows Escape Rainforest Retreat, Montville.

• Education and Training, Large Category: Wildings Forest School, Burnside.

• Food and Agribusiness, Large Category: Maleny Dairies, Maleny.

• Retail, Large Category: White’s IGA, Bli Bli.

Nicki Farrell and Vicki Oliver encourage kids to climb trees, build rafts and explore the forest at their Wildings Forest School at Burnside.
