Lovingly-made items for sale at QCWA Christmas Craft Stall

It’s the thought that goes into every piece that makes all the difference.

On Saturday November 26 from 8.30am to 12.30pm the Yandina Branch of the Queensland Country Women’s Association (QCWA) are holding their Christmas Craft Stall in the QCWA Hall at 11 Stevens Street, Yandina.

The ladies have been busy making craft items including topped tea towels, crocheted rugs, a variety of bags, knitted tea cosies, toys and Christmas ornaments.

There will also be baked goodies like shortbread and preserves (jams, chutneys, pickles and relishes) available for purchase along with potted plants.

Members of the community are invited to come along and purchase these high-quality, lovingly made items as gifts or to treat themselves.

Funds raised from the stall will allow the branch to continue to support others in need including members of the local community, like school children and those impacted by domestic violence or financial hardship.
