The Hub Co-working Studios make perfect fit for allied health

Greg and Cherryl Butcher have opened a unique co-working space in Mitchell Street offering private office suites in a collaborative workspace.

It is no secret that Nambour is once again going through a revival with rental demand increasing, house prices rising and new businesses popping up regularly.

Long-time locals Greg and Cherryl Butcher are passionate about supporting this growing economy and have opened a unique co-working space in Mitchell Street to help small businesses thrive.

The Hub Coworking Studios is located in the heart of the business precinct on Mitchell Street and offers private office suites in a collaborative workspace.

Greg Butcher said community, security, and inclusivity are at the core of the facility.

“Each office is completely private with its own lockable door but there is also a large break-out area for informal gatherings or an open meeting room,” he said.

“It means people can focus on their work in a comfortable environment but also step out and collaborate with other people when they need to take a break.”

Speaking of comfort, each office has its own controlled air conditioning unit, skylight for sunlight, and even a system that brings in fresh air. Breaking away from the traditional hotdesking environment, The Hub Coworking Studios is all about being cost-efficient while also providing a sense of professionalism and privacy.

“We are suitable for a range of industries, but especially allied health due to our facilities and disability capabilities,” Mr Butcher said.

“All our allied health credentials are fully met. With the convenient car parking, all offices on one level and our studio doors exceed standards.”

Cherryl Butcher said she is excited to see what types of businesses this new offering will attract.

“Nambour is an amazing place to live and work and I am so pleased the town is thriving and more and more businesses are attracted to the area,” she said.

“The Hub Coworking Studio is all about bringing people together because there is definitely strength in collaboration.”

The Hub Coworking Studios is located on Mitchell Street but can also be accessed from Tamper Street.
