Rhee Taekwondo offers classes at Palmwoods Hall

Rhee Taekwondo is now offering classes at Palmwoods Memorial Hall, providing a fun, healthy, and family-friendly activity that combines fitness, self-defence, and personal growth.

Led by Instructor Nathan Arrowsmith, who has been teaching on the Sunshine Coast since 2006, Rhee Taekwondo is Australia’s first Taekwondo school, founded in 1970 by World Master Rhee.

Participants can expect physical benefits such as improved strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, focus, and stamina. Classes are also built on core values like respect, honesty, integrity, perseverance, and self-discipline, promoting growth both inside and out.

Classes are open to anyone aged five and up and are held every Monday and Thursday at 5pm. A special February offer includes a free uniform valued at $80 for new members, plus an unlimited free trial to experience the benefits of Taekwondo firsthand.
