LiFT is a small group strength training community that specialises in resistance training. 

With two studios already at Maroochydore and Noosa, LiFT Nambour owners Wendy Versluis and Paul Murray were excited to bring the concept to Nambour at an opening on Saturday (June 25).  “With a maximum of 16 participants per session, our coaches ensure you get a private and personalised experience every time,” said Paul. “No cardio. No impact. Just strength.”

“We love Nambour and could not wait to bring LiFT here. We can see that Nambour already has a thriving fitness community and we know that LiFT will fit in really well. Everyone from Nambour has been so positive and encouraging.”

LiFT focusses wholly on strength training and the small sessions are all coached keeping it private and personal. 

“In just 45 minutes, members complete a full body workout. Sessions are scientifically designed to increase muscle mass and burn body fat, with amazing results,” she said.

“There has been a real shift in people’s thinking about exercise. More and more people are now recognising the importance of having an active lifestyle and are turning to weight training. 

“The LiFT programs have broad appeal as they follow the science on maintaining and increasing strength, without the dangers of high impact.”

With over 30 small group strength training sessions available per week as well as mat pilates, there is plenty to choose from.
