We've got everything – even the kitchen sink — at this Garage Sale

Pastor Steve & Jenny Nixon: the pop-up garage sale will have everything— even a kitchen sink or two. 

There’s a lot of coming and going at Shed 22, Sanctuary Park Church of Christ, where volunteers are busy preparing goods ready for a pop-up garage sale.  

“It’s amazing the variety of things that have been donated,” said organizer Jenny Nixon. “We thought we had some great stuff last year, but this time there’s everything including the kitchen sink!”  

Proceeds from the sale will be used towards community disaster relief. “There are still people in need following the recent flooding and this is a way to assist those communities,” Jenny said.   

“Our Drop-In & Op Shop will also be open with proceeds going towards this project. Usually, funds raised through our Op Shop are dedicated to assisting the local Nambour community, so this will be a little different”

The Sale in Shed 22 will be held over three days from Thursday, Friday  & Saturday June 2-4 from 8.30am -1.30pm each day. Refreshments will also be available through the Drop-In Space.
