Yandina Five '0' Trail Run Set to Take Place on March 23

The course traverses Mapleton National Park and some private land and will take competitors across bubbling creeks past a stunning lookout and up and down challenging hilly terrain.

Run Queensland is thrilled to stage the third running of the Yandina Five '0' on beautiful trails around Yandina on Saturday March 23.

A spokesperson said “Yandina” meant “to go on foot” in the local Indigenous language and it was a fitting venue for the 50km, 36km, 21km and 12km courses through the area.

The course traverses Mapleton National Park and some private land and will take competitors across bubbling creeks, past a stunning lookout and up and down challenging hilly terrain.

“Rounding out the experience, the event will be staged from the local craft beer brewery, Terella Brewing, where you can grab a drink and a meal,” the spokesperson said.

“And there'll be fun for the kids as well. Come along and be part of this fantastic event.”
