SPAR brings the best and freshest to customers, at best market prices

As cost of living increases continue to bite, SPAR Australia has introduced a solution so that customers can access fresh produce at the best market prices.

General Manager of Retail Operations, Martin Robb explained, “for the past five months, we have been running three day Market Days in ten of our corporate stores, and we are basically providing premium produce across meat, fruit and vegetables, the deli and the bakery at the best market prices. So for many lines, this represents savings of more than 50%.”

Fortunately for the hinterland, the Woombye and Palmwoods stores are included in this promotion.

The Market Days fall mid month and cement SPAR’s position as a niche retailer of fresh produce.

“We have fantastic relationships with our suppliers and we aim to support and look after as many local suppliers as we possibly can,” Mr Robb said.

“Thanks to our network of suppliers, we are able to pass on these kinds of savings on beautiful fresh produce, to our customers. Ideally, we want locals to be aware of the quality of our produce and to know that each month, they can take advantage of these prices and stock up.”

This month’s Market Days are happening today, tomorrow and Sunday, so now is the time to fill the fridge and freezer with fresh, seasonal produce.
