Having fast built a reputation as an active and community-oriented agency, Woombye’s Property Lane Realty this year celebrates its 5th birthday.
Agency Director, William Emms, attributes the growth of the agency and its reputation in large part, to its unique office culture.
“We have a team of 16 people here, across sales, property management and administrative support, and although we have come from diverse backgrounds, what we share is a commitment to personal and professional ethics and integrity.
“We respect each other and support one another. Team culture is so important to us, and we are proud that our team love coming to work each day.”
That culture has rippled out from the Property Lane office to the broader community, be it through volunteering or various sponsorships, most notably Property Lane is one of the major sponsors of the Hinterland Blues AFL club.
“Every member of our team is committed to helping our incredible community thrive, and it is indeed how we all approach our roles. It goes well beyond simply being agents,” he said.
“We do what we can to support local businesses, community clubs and organisations. After all, we are part of the community and by supporting each other, we can grow together.”
Property Lane Realty has recently joined the Nambour Chamber of Commerce, as well as being members of the Woombye Community & Business Association.
“I see such great value in these memberships because they allow us to take time to build our relationships with other businesses in the area. We love hearing how everyone is going and talking about what is happening in our communities.”
On Wednesday July 3, Property Lane sponsored the combined Nambour Chamber of Commerce and WCBA ‘coffee catch up’ at Frankies Woombye.
“It was fantastic to see so many people there, and there were plenty of new faces as well. We are more than happy to take any opportunity we can to enjoy the hospitality at Frankies,” he said.
Long term relationships have also been key to the growth of Property Lane Realty, and nurturing relationships with clients over time is something that the entire team is committed to.
“We are here for the long haul, and it is fortunate that relationship building is something that we all find incredibly rewarding and satisfying.”
