Mother and daughter create new Nambour real estate team
With more than 30 years experience in real estate, the building industry and finance, Vanessa Brunton of VB Real Estate is well placed to help people navigate the property market.
“It’s fair to say that in 30 years, I have seen just about everything and continue to love what I do, learning everyday. I have negotiated and sold hundreds of properties,” Vanessa said.
Vanessa has been selling real estate in the Nambour & Sunshine Coast Hinterland area for over 11 years, and made the decision recently to start her own agency, VB Real Estate with her daughter Cheyne alongside.
“Cheyne has her real estate license as well as a Cert 3 in Business,” said Vanessa. “I have worked in the building industry as well as in finance with Westpac bank, when I was living in Townsville more than 30 years ago. It’s where I met my husband of over 30 years,” she said.
“We purchased over 50 acres in the Obi Valley 15 years ago and Cheyne started prep at Mapleton State School with my son Josh in Grade 2. It was a wise decision. We love the Sunshine Coast and don’t see us ever leaving, it’s just a fabulous area to raise a family.
“I feel we offer our clients that little bit extra, and between us, we are really able to help both sellers and buyers to achieve their goals when it comes to real estate.
