Nambour Rugby Union Club is bringing back its popular off-season Toad Tag competition, inviting players, family members, and the wider community to join in for some free, fun-filled touch football action.

Running every Tuesday from 4.30pm at the club’s Laidlaw Road grounds in Woombye, Toad Tag is a casual and inclusive event designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Whether you're a seasoned rugby player or just looking for a fun way to stay fit, Toad Tag offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy some light competition, meet new people, and stay active during the off-season.
The club encourages everyone—players, siblings, parents, partners, friends, and neighbours—to get involved. It's a great chance to experience the friendly community spirit that Nambour Rugby Union Club is known for.
