New 'Dance for Joy' mobility class launches in Eumundi

Classes focus on seated and moving exercises designed to strengthen balance and coordination.

With health and exercise top of mind, Philippa Johnson has launched a new mobility class, 'Dance for Joy,' in Eumundi. This class, similar to her successful Yandina program, focuses on seated and moving exercises designed to strengthen balance and coordination, while also encouraging social interaction and enjoyment.

Held at the CWA Hall on Memorial Drive, Eumundi, the class takes place every Monday from 2.45pm to 3.45pm. Philippa is offering the first session for free, inviting newcomers to experience the benefits firsthand.

Reflecting on the inaugural class, Philippa said, "I was interested at our first class on Monday how much more I had to pull back than I expected. It showed me yet again how much the Thursday group are benefiting from their regular attendance."

For more information or to join the class, contact Philippa Johnson via pippambc@hotmail.com. Don't miss out on this opportunity to improve your health and well-being in a supportive and joyful environment.
