A video series outlining the best that Nambour has to offer is nearing completion and its organiser says she is beyond excited to show a sample of town’s assets.

The project is part of a collaboration between Sunshine Coast Council, Reimagine Nambour, Nambour Chamber of Commerce, Nambour Tram Co and Nambour Retailers Group to roll out a fresh video series that showcases Nambour.

“We anticipate a full media and public launch by mid to the end of February,” said Reimagine Nambour Brand Ambassador and local businesswoman Rhonda Billett.

“I promised late last year some exciting things were coming for Nambour in 2023 and now it’s time to deliver on those promises, this video series is just the beginning.

“Our key focus points have been based around showcasing our natural beauty in Nambour, our events in Nambour and the existing, small business environment in town.  This includes a strong focus on our thriving, sustainable, vintage and cafe culture.

“These businesses have filled many of our empty shops for decades and it’s an industry that continues to grow in Nambour.

“We cannot underestimate it from an economic and town planning perspective. Team it up with our impressive and growing, cafe culture and warm Nambour hospitality and we have some economic stability in our local business economy.”

The video series will be shared on the IAmNambour.com.au website. The site is currently being updated by Maree McGrath of McGrath Media Agency.

“The site will nurture elements for the promotion of Nambour and its further economic success. This will allow current as well as new business owners, locals, day trippers and other travellers to access what Nambour has on offer.”
