Conondale Classic biker’s weekend breaks records

The 2023 Ballards Offroad Conondale Classic Weekend broke event records with a sold-out crowd of 500 riders and over 5000 attendees. The event featured 1800 vintage dirt bikes on display, captivating enthusiasts with iconic brands.

The non-competitive riding sessions allowed riders to freely explore the tracks, resulting in a smooth experience with minimal wait times. The event showcased five exhilarating tracks and over 20 kilometers of trails along Elaman Creek, providing non-stop action for riders. The Shannons Show and Shine displayed over 90 immaculately restored bikes, demonstrating the passion and craftsmanship of bike enthusiasts. Winners were awarded trophies for their exceptional work, further elevating the event’s prestige. The Classic Weekend Village was abuzz with fantastic sponsors, offering various attractions and services to enhance the experience.

The Conondale Classic Weekend serves as the Sunshine Coast Motor Cycle Club’s flagship event, with proceeds contributing to venue maintenance and community riding events. The partnership with Conondale P&C benefits the local school, and the event’s success extends to other local businesses and regional tourism.

The SCMCC thanks the supporting sponsors who played a vital role in making the event a success. Riders and spectators are encouraged to mark their calendars for the next Conondale Classic Weekend on 7-9 June 2024.
