QCWA Yandina celebrates Women’s Day in style

QCWA Yandina Branch members Lynette Crawford, Tess Martin, Kate Edwards (Vice President) and Cathy Kunde.

Yandina Branch of the Queensland Country Women’s Association (QCWA) recently hosted a High Tea to celebrate International Women’s Day. They would like to thank the ladies who supported them by attending the ‘Lavender and Lace’ themed event especially guest speaker the Honourable Fiona Simpson MP, Member for Maroochydore.

Delicious food, beautiful vintage crockery, fabulous company and great donated prizes made this an enjoyable event and will allow the Branch to continue to support students at local schools, families impacted by domestic violence, Wishlist and others in need.

QCWA Yandina Branch meets on the 4th Friday of the month at 9.30a.m. at 11 Stevens Street, Yandina. Interested ladies are invited to attend or visit their Facebook page or email qcwayandina@gmail.com for further information.
