Locals roll up sleeves for Petrie Creek

Locals joined the call to action for Clean Up Australia Day on Sunday, March 2, with residents, including member for Nicklin Marty Hunt, helping to protect local parks, beaches and streets.

Petrie Creek Catchment Care Group Inc.  collected an incredible amount of rubbish at Quota Park Sunday morning. 

Last year, around 8166 people collected four tonnes of rubbish across 100 different Sunshine Coast locations.
