Tacos to tenderloins: Palmwoods Hotel reveals 15 new-season dishes

The emphasis has been on fresh seasonal produce and flavours from a broad range of cuisines that are not your typical ‘pub’ fare.

Last week the team at the Palmwoods Hotel unveiled 15 new season dishes to compliment their already popular menu.

“We are so excited to share the new menu with our patrons; our chefs have really outdone themselves,” said Marketing Manager, Stacey Willersdorf.

“The emphasis has been on fresh seasonal produce and flavours from a broad range of cuisines that are not your typical ‘pub’ fare. We have been mindful of various dietary restrictions and preferences and the result is a tasty range of dishes which will appeal to even the fussiest eaters.”

“There are some amazing new salads, including a beautiful Thai Chicken Salad and a

Roasted Pear & Broccolini Salad, and the new Salmon Poke Bowl is to die for,” she said.

Pizzas are always a favourite, and the Garlic Prawn, Loaded Pepperoni, Chicken Supreme and Vegetarian options are sure to please. Vegetarians will love the Loaded Mushrooms and Pumpkin Cannelloni.

“For those with a sweet tooth, our new Desserts include a decadent Tostada, which is oven-fried tortillas tossed in cinnamon sugar and layered with house made dulce de leche, fresh bananas, strawberries and vanilla custard and topped with whipped cream and summer berries, and there is a rich Chocolate & Almond Cake.  

“As we head into the warmer months I think people will really appreciate these new menu items and we can’t wait for their feedback.”
