Nambour & Districts Netball hosts rep carnival

Nambour takes on Caloundra at the recent carnival. Nambour want to make it a regular fixture.

Nambour & Districts Netball Association held their first representative carnival on Sunday 16th August showcasing their new clubhouse. 

With netball teams dealing with shorter pre season preparations this year leading into Nissan State Age Championships, the format allowed coaches from Nambour, Caloundra, Noosa and Pine Rivers to focus on game plans, player combinations and to identify player and team strengths and areas for further development. 

Nambour Netball will have 4 teams competing at the Nissan State Age Championships held in September 2020 at Sunshine Coast Netball Association.

“We are hoping to make this carnival a regular fixture in our preparation for future State Age Championships,” said Rep Convener Trish Spencer.
