Music Hall Daze Produced by Anne Grant

Nambour Lind Lane theatre is presenting something a little different to follow up their hugely popular retelling of Twelfth Night. Gather your friends together for this great way to round off 2023.

Buderim based 3bCreative and The Lind are coming together to revive the wonderful old theatre tradition of the Music Hall in November.

The Music Hall was a form of popular entertainment from the early 19th century up until the 1920s. A Music Hall programme involved a mixture of popular songs, comedy, speciality acts, and variety entertainment, and this production aims to do just that.

With local theatre whiz Anne Grant at the helm, audiences can be assured of dazzling costumes, a characterful set, and a lively show.

Popular Sunny Coast personality Errol Morrison will act as Master of Ceremonies. Lind audiences will be familiar with Errols’s wonderful voice, via the “Welcome to the Lind...” announcement before each production.

It’s even rumoured that this will be a Com- mand Performance attended by Her Majesty Queen Victoria herself. She will be amused, and so will you!

Music Hall Daze is suitable for all ages. Regulars know that the Lind provides a good social occasion for all, with the bar open before the show and at interval offering a great choice of cold and hot beverage options, and tasty snacks. The Lind is airconditioned and wheelchair accessible.

▶ Music Hall Daze runs for four performances only from 3 to 5 November. Book via Trybooking: www.trybooking.com/events/ landing/1099198. For more information, check www.lindlane.com.au or phone 1300 732 764.
