Queen St Nambour's Husk & Honey Grain Free Cafe for sale
Queen Street’s popular Husk & Honey grain free cafe is on the market, as the current owners will be relocating to Melbourne within the next month.
“We bought the cafe in 2021 and despite the challenges and restrictions of the past few years, we managed to continue to trade,” said owner, Manpreet Kaur.
“I think there is such a high demand for quality gluten and grain free food that both locals and visitors continued to seek us out despite difficult trading conditions.
“We had just started to explore authentic Indian cuisine because there is very definitely a high demand in that area,” she said.
“However, we now need to move our family interstate and so we are looking for someone who can pick up where we leave off. It was established as a family business and can easily be managed by a couple. But there is plenty of room for expansion as well.”
Located at the heart of Nambour, Husk & Honey was established 12 years ago and has a dining capacity for 50 people.
“The cafe is in a great location in Queen Street and the rent is extremely reasonable compared to other premises in the area,” Manpreet said.
“We have a new POS system and security cameras, and we have also purchased new furniture. It will be a great blank canvas for someone to come in and put their own stamp on. We have good sales and profit.
‘We are currently open from Monday to Friday for breakfast and lunch, however, the cafe could be open 7 days a week.
“Our price is $75,000 ONO. We need to sell ASAP due to the fact that we are moving interstate. But all reasonable offers are welcome and for more info you can email cafe.huskandhoney@gmail.com.”
