Hinterland wedding specialists nominated for national awards

A host of hinterland weddings businesses have been nominated for the prestigious Wedding Industry Awards.

Yandina’s Rustic Flower Co was amongst the businesses nominated. Owner Melissa Fearnley said it was a particularly useful form of recognition.

“Anyone who has been married in the past 12 months had the option to nominate five vendors who had been part of their wedding,” Melissa said. 

“It is already a privilege and honour to be part of such an important event in people’s lives, but to be named amongst such an incredible group of vendors just makes this even more special.

“Ultimately I feel extremely blessed to spend my days working with fabulous brides, grooms and their families.”

The Wedding Industry Awards is a specialist marketing, publisher, and events organisation for the Australian wedding industry. 

Each year it focuses on regional areas, identifying and servicing over 30 regions across the country.

The aim is to showcase regional wedding businesses of all sizes on the national stage. 

Formerly known as the Brides Choice Awards, the nominations are based on recommendations by newlywed couples whose experience with each vendor exceeded their expectations.

This year, wedding industry vendors in the Hinterland made a huge impact on couples celebrating their nuptials and this was reflected in the number of businesses who were nominated for recognition.
