The estate offers a ‘Sense of space and a relaxed village life’.

Business Writeup: Hillside Estate

Rare home-sites up to 1719m2 have been released in a hinterland pocket in Mooloolah Valley, answering the call for an acute shortage of land at attractive prices.

With an average land size of 851m2, Hillside –an Urbex community in Mooloolah Valley – has delivered two land releases offering lots from 710m2 to 1,719m2 at an average price of $592,000.

Urbex Realty General Manager, Craig Covacich, says interest has been high since the launch last week and two lots have sold.

Mr Covicich says the latest release is a unique offering, given the size of the lots, with median house prices in Mooloolah Valley up by 19.5 per cent in the past 12 months to a median $965,000.

Mr Covacich, said the latest releases were designed to meet the demand for space sought after in the region and the investment.

“The sense of space and a relaxed village life hits the mark on what is desirable post covid life, and without the price tag,” Mr Covacich said.

“Large lots not only enable space, but they also offer the opportunity to build single level dwellings which are far more economical to your hip pocket; add a relaxed village lifestyle next to all convenience and the value speaks for itself.”

Traditionally, the most common land offering in the Sunshine Coast is 350m2 – 450m2 with a median price of $400,000, making the latest releases extremely rare.

Nestled within a picturesque landscape, Hillside’s newest Treeline Land Release and Ridgeline Premium Land Release offer an opportunity to create a slice of paradise in the Sunshine Coast.

The Treeline Land Release will feature 23 new homesites, ranging from 710m2 to 805m2 and provides a mix of spacious lots set amidst the natural beauty of the hinterland to allow tranquillity and privacy.

The Ridgeline Premium Land Release will host 13 expansive homesites spanning from 1,000m2 to an extraordinary 1,719m2 of prime elevated land, offering exclusivity and natural breathtaking vistas.

The homesites start from $545,000 to $680,000, with land expected to be titled in November 2023. To assist you in finalising building contracts and finance applications, early site access will also be available to buyers.
