Rebecca’s long-term dream of creating a place where people can connect over great food and drinks has truly come to fruition. The café’s name itself, inspired by her little girl, signifies the heartfelt hospitality that Frankie’s is built upon. 

Chef Jade’s culinary prowess adds to the charm and it has quickly become a local favourite.

For Rebecca, hospitality goes far beyond just serving dishes. Growing up, she cherished family gatherings that involved the making and sharing of great food, and now, she extends that same warmth and care to her customers.

“Being hospitable to others is about more than simply combining ingredients to make a dish,” Rebecca said. “The intention, energy, and love that go into cooking and baking contribute to the end experience of the dish, allowing us to connect with our customers through food.”

At Frankie’s, the mantra is simple: treat others as you want to be treated. “You never know what people have going on in their lives. I am blessed to have incredible staff around me. We might make 200 coffees in a day, but for each customer, they will only experience one cup. So we want that to be the best experience for them that it can possibly be.”
