Cupcake Day at Nambour Crushers Rugby League Club raises funds for RSPCA

It's that time of year when the RSPCA are raising much needed funds for animal welfare by putting on their annual "Cupcake day" fundraiser and Tracey Reno and Shan Tilley are taking it one step further by hosting a lavish High Tea Thursday 29th August, from 1pm to 4pm.

“Nambour Crushers Rugby League Club have generously donated the use of their newly renovated clubhouse to hold our High Tea event,” Shan said.

“For an all inclusive price of $60 per head, our guests will receive a glass of bubbles on arrival and a lucky door prize. There will be delectable homemade petite savouries and sweets, including traditional finger sandwiches, petite quiches, scones (with jam and cream, of course) and lemon curd tartlets, just to name a few.”

“The Shoplifters are a local community based band of musicians, who have kindly donated their time to support our event and the RSPCA, and entertain us on the day,” she said.

“I would like to extend a huge thank you to our local business community for donating for our raffles.

“This is an event not to be missed, so grab your friends for a fantastic afternoon of great food and entertainment, all for a good cause.”To purchase your ticket please contact Shan crazyforcupcakes3@gmail.com or go to our Facebook event page: https://www.facebook.com/share/xwwxJdbzvdQvwsJu/?mibextid=9VsGKo
