Century 21 acquires Day & Grimes – expands portfolio to Nambour

Principal Gary De Paoli and Day & Grimes’ former owner Ian Black will work together to help locals achieve their real estate dreams. 

Century 21 is excited to announce the opening of its newest office in Nambour.

Led by Principal Gary De Paoli, the acquisition of leading Nambour agency Day & Grimes will be the second Century 21 office for the award-winning agent.

Mr De Paoli’s business has gone from strength to strength since joining the global real estate network in late 2019.

Mr De Paoli said the expansion solidified Century 21 Living Local’s position as the ‘go to’ agency for real estate in the Woombye, Palmwoods, Nambour, Yandina and Hinterland regions.

The Nambour region is particularly significant to Mr De Paoli as it is where he started his real estate career in 2004. With almost two decades of real estate industry experience, Mr De Paoli is passionate about helping locals achieve their real estate dreams. 

A loyal supporter of local businesses and sporting groups, Gary is well known for his warm and down-to-earth personality.

Staying on as part of the Century 21 Living Local team is experienced agent Ian Black, who has owned the business since 1996.
