Bookkeeping can be one of the most overwhelming aspects of running a business, and Mark Ibrahim from Books4Success helps take the stress out of bookkeeping for business owners.
“Most business people are passionate about and specialists in the core aspects of their business, but really flounder when it comes to keeping their books up to date,” he said.
“This can be a great cause of stress for them. It also takes a great deal more time than it needs to, when book work is not your strong point and you are trying to navigate platforms like MYOB and Xero. This is where we can help.”
Mark started his working career in the marketing department of a large bookkeeping firm, but found himself drawn to the bookkeeping itself.
“I guess I really loved the maths side of things,” Mark said.
“There is something so satisfying about it. And giving peace of mind to business owners around issues like payroll and BAS is remarkably rewarding. Business is tough enough, but with the right experience and business knowledge, this is one aspect of running a business that should not be a great cause for anxiety.”
Mark is currently completing a Certificate 4 in Accounting and Bookkeeping, and has been working under the supervision of Books4Success owner, Sindy Matthews for four years.
“Books4Success was established in Pittsworth 13 years ago, and I think due to demand and our company culture, it has expanded across to the Sunshine Coast.
