QCWA Christmas Craft Stall to support rural families

On Saturday November 28 the Yandina Branch of the Queensland Country Women’s Association are holding their Christmas Craft Stall.

It all takes place in the QCWA Hall at 11 Stevens Street, Yandina from 8.30am to 12.30pm.

The ladies have been busy making craft items including crocheted tea light hangers, carry bags, topped tea towels, toys and Christmas ornaments.

There will also be baked goodies like shortbread and preserves (jams and chutneys) available for purchase along with potted plants.

Members of the community are invited to come along and purchase these lovingly made items as gifts or to treat themselves.

Funds raised from the stall will allow the branch to continue to support others in need including members of the local community as well as families in rural areas.
