The Hub Coworking Studios is located in the heart of the business precinct on Mitchell Street and offers private office suites in a collaborative workspace. 

Greg Butcher said community, security, and inclusivity are at the core of the facility.

“Each office is completely private with its own lockable door but there is also a large break-out area for informal gatherings or an open meeting room,” he said.

“It means people can focus on their work in a comfortable environment but also step out and collaborate with other people when they need to take a break.”

Speaking of comfort, each office has its own controlled air conditioning unit, skylight for sunlight, and even a system that brings in fresh air.
