It’s a bird, it’s a plane. No, it’s super brand recognition for RE/MAX

The RE/MAX hot air balloon was launched at Sunshine Coast Stadium.

RE/MAX Property Sales Nambour team was sky high with excitement last week at the launch of the franchise’s latest hot air balloon at Sunshine Coast Stadium.

It  is an initiative of the Nambour team in conjunction with the Caloundra and Maleny offices.

Following its spectacular inflation the balloon was unfortunately unable to be tethered due to wind conditions.

The RE/MAX Property Sales Nambour team headed by Tristan Brown, centre, turned out at dawn for the  hot air balloon launch at Sunshine Coast Stadium.

The RE/MAX hot air balloon now offers charter flight experiences in the Sunshine Coast region (See the ad on the previous page to scan a code and win a ride).

RE/MAX Property Sales Nambour Principal Tristan Brown said the balloon would help REMAX stand out in a crowded marketplace.

“We are thrilled to be able to extend such a wonderful opportunity to the Sunshine Coast public,” he said.

“The synergy in furthering tourism within our local area while also maximising branding opportunities is something we greatly appreciate.”

RE/MAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren said his company was excited to see its name fly high over the region.

“RE/MAX balloons take to the skies in close to 30 countries worldwide and I think our Sunshine Coast balloon might take the fleet to more than 120.

“And while RE/MAX is the #1 globally recognised real estate brand, this is also a tourism initiative and a commitment to the Sunshine Coast community.”

The new balloon is RE/MAX’s second in Australia, with the other on the Gold Coast.
