Reds take to trees and drop in to Nambour Rugby Union Club

Nambour junior players with the Reds at Woombye's Tree Tops Challenge including hooker Brandon Paenga-Amosa and flanker Fraser McReight.

Nambour Rugby Club  was very lucky to have a number of Queensland Reds players run a junior coaching clinic recently.

As part of the Reds to Regions program organised by the QRU and SCRU, a number of the Red’s  squad went to a range of clubs across the coast.

“The positive impact has been amazing and truly shows the huge support for rugby union and the mighty Queensland Reds,” said Nambour Rugby Union VicePresident Cheeky Preston.

Sign on Day

All junior teams are currently open for registration. Sign on day is Thursday February 4th from 3pm.

“Join one of the fastest growing community clubs on the Sunshine Coast,” said Cheeky. “Nambour Rugby is currently fielding interest for juniors in teams from Under 9s, Under 11s, Under 13s, Under 13 Girls 7s, Under 15 Girls 7s, and Under 17 Girls 7s.”
