RE/MAX  wins national and international agency awards

From left, national award winners … Steve G Pery, Jason Stock, Tristan Brown, Richard Krausz and Toby Morrin.

Just one year after taking over the agency RE/MAX Nambour Property Sales’ owner Tristan Brown has an extra skip in his step after his growing team took home five gongs at the  franchise’s national awards night recently.

On top of that, the local office also won a major international award, taking out the RE/MAX 2021 “No. 1 Largest Global Net Gain in Sales Associates”.

“Our office is incredibly proud because this year for the first time in the history of RE/MAX Property Sales we had two agents achieve the Chairman’s award. Well done to Jason Stock and Toby Morrin. Meanwhile, Richard Krausz, Steve G Pery & I achieved the Platinum Award and Steve Perry achieved the Gold Award. Our office also won the number one office in Australia for recruiting.

“We love what we do and we couldn’t have done this without the support and trust of all of our wonderful clients.”

The national awards were held February 24 at RACV Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast.

RE/MAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren said recruiting was a crucial consideration for any real estate business trying to lead the market.

“We recognise recruiting efforts with two awards and Nambour won both! One is based on the number of agents recruited to the team and the other on percentage growth in the sales team.”

Mr Brown grew his award-winning and record-breaking team from eight to 19 employees in just his first year of RE/MAX Property Sales ownership.

“Our reputation brings us our business, so it is critical to have the best team of agents to meet our customers’ real estate needs,” he said.

Mr Brown expects to keep a close eye on RE/MAX Property Sales’ customer-agent ratio through 2022.

“Expectations and needs change, and we’ve certainly been made aware of that in the past couple of years,” he said.

“Providing our customers with an exceptional level of service is a priority, as is providing our agents with the best of ongoing training and mentoring opportunities.”

Mr Davoren said property prices soared and records tumbled in 2021 in metropolitan and regional markets across the country.

“However, despite a furiously paced real estate scene, it is the agents who are fully focused on forming genuine relationships with their customers that achieve greatest business success.”
