Magnificent man-made lakes, Marshall’s Lagoon, on the market

Marshall Ski Lakes and Campgrounds is zoned rural and situated near highway.

The property is approved as a nature based camping site.

He said its rural zoning could be re-examined in future years, as the coast struggles with the burgeoning population and demand for land outstripping supply.
