63 years on, hopes are high to reimagine the old Vogue Theatre
Theatre patrons were excited when Nambour’s new modern Vogue Theatre opened on Wednesday February 15, 1958. Its spaciousness, the comfortable seating, carpets, snack bar and a soundproof viewing room for mothers with their crying babies were all welcome innovations. Fast forward to today and The Presynct, a licenced entertainment venue, is preparing to bring life again to the old Vogue 63 years after its first grand opening in the old Vogue building.
