Bring the family and enjoy the popular Ginger, Flower and Food Weekend, this weekend at The Ginger Factory.

The event will feature free cooking demonstrations from one of Queensland’s favourite chefs, Dominque Rizzo (pictured) on Saturday and Sunday.

You can also browse The Ginger Factory’s tropical plant nursery with more than 3000 flowering ginger and tropical plants for sale. “These include rare plants you won’t find elsewhere and the best range of heliconias on the Coast,” said a spokesperson from the Ginger Factory. “You will alos be able to enjoy delicious food from local producers and

groove to live music from the amazing Robyn Brown trio on Saturday and Sunday.

Other attractions on offer include The Gruffalo Trail, Overboard Boat Ride and more.
