Eat your heart out at this year’s tasty Strawbfest!

The 34th Chevallum Strawbfest will take place at Chevallum State School on Friday 10 September from 5pm-9pm.

Think everything strawberries — strawberry daiquiris, chocolate dipped strawberries, strawberry sundaes, strawberry kebabs and more.

Strawbfest is the main annual fundraising event for the Chevallum school community and is run by volunteers. Historically it has assisted in providing a host of additional resources for the school (e.g. play equipment, technology and musical instruments).

Chevallum Strawbfest is proud to partner once again with the Queensland Strawberry Grower’s Association.  We thank the Sunshine Coast strawberry growers for their continued support of Strawbfest and look forward to presenting delicious strawberry treats a plenty in September.

The biggest Strawbfest yet will see great entertainment from Andrea Kirwin, Rhythm Culture and Ollie Murk, amusement rides for big and small kids and more than a dozen food stalls.  In 2021, the school’s special centenary year, the night promises to go off with a bang with the biggest fireworks show in the event’s history!

Best of all - entry is free! Registration is however mandatory - head to www.strawbfest.com.au and follow the link to secure your family’s free tickets (and buy a ticket in our Mega Raffle while you are at it).

So support your local community and bring the family down for what promises to be a berry fun evening at the 2021 Strawbfest!
