For almost 30 years, Clock Shop Montville have built long lasting relationships with their suppliers in Germany. 

With the foundations set by original owners Phil & Fran Hoffman, new owners Daniel and Holly Hoffman maintain these important friendships. 

One highlight of the business is the annual buying trips to Germany to meet with suppliers directly and discuss new models and designs and visit the local trade fairs.

June is an exciting month ahead for the iconic business with two 20-foot containers filled to the brim with new stock arriving directly from the Black Forest. 

“This is the most excited I have ever been about receiving a container from Germany since taking over the business two years ago,” said Holly. 

Staff will have a busy few weeks unpacking and setting up thousands of new products just in time for the school holidays. 

With hundreds of hand-carved cuckoo clocks, elegant grandfather clocks, modern wall clocks, contemporary alarm clocks, traditional clocks, weather instruments, German decorations, home wares, and a large range of Christmas decorations to be unpacked, June will be one of the busiest and most exciting months for the business. 

“Not only do we have our much-loved traditional Black Forest Cuckoo Clocks and our largest order of Grandfather clocks to date, but we also have a huge amount of colourful modern clocks to add to our collection,” said Holly. 

“Dan and I have been wanting to expand our range and we are trialling two new European brands — Newgate and Cloudnola. 

“We have carefully curated this selection to bring our clock-loving community something new and exciting on trend, whilst also offering the traditional clocks that we are well known for. I hope everybody loves our new range as much as we do.”

Clock Shop June Sale

Also in June, Clock Shop will be running a month-long End of Financial Year Sale, with hundreds of clocks, novelty items, German wares, and collectables on sale with fantastic discounts.
