RangeCare  offers new meals choices

Braised Lamb and french onion sweet potato pie.

Affordable, easy, local, and delicious. The RangeCare meal service is stepping up its game. After listening to client feedback and undertaking significant kitchen upgrades RangeCare has redeveloped its meal range and is now partnering with five local restaurants and cafes to offer over 60 meal options delivered straight to your door. These meals are also inclusive of special dietary requirements, offering a selection of gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options.

“Our customers wanted improved meal quality and presentation, so we listened,” said Jess Garey, (Marketing Officer, RangeCare). “Meals are created with an emphasis on nutrition and affordability all whilst using fresh local produce”, continued Jess.

One customer and RangeCare client stated, “If anyone mentions frozen meals, I always recommend RangeCare. It is not necessary for me to cook for myself, so these meals are the perfect size and affordable for me.”

“The RangeCare Cottage meals have the correct amount [of food] for me,” another customer said. “They’re easy for me to just pull one out of the freezer and heat up.”

Both customers discussed noticeable improvement in the quality of the meals, especially in the presentation.

This service is available to anyone in the community, not just RangeCare clients. Meals are delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a 12pm cut off the day prior to ensure next day delivery. Free delivery is available to customers along the range and some Sunshine Coast Hinterland suburbs. A $10 delivery fee is applied to customers in other locations along the coast.

Kitchen staff Gemma, Alex and Jen have been busy cooking up a storm and at $9.90 per meal, the meals are selling off the shelves fast! After some enquiries, RangeCare will be trialing a two-person portion of all Cottage main meal options for the affordable price of $18.

The RangeCare Cottage kitchen will be offering regular specials to incorporate new meals and seasonal produce. Until the end of March you can try a delicious Braised Lamb French Onion & Rosemary Pie for $9.90 or $18 for a portion size of 2.
