Warm days of balmy sunshine, Spring freshness in the air and with not too many restrictions in place means it’s time to brighten up our homes, declutter, clean out the cupboards and yes, do the Spring Cleaning.

St Augustines Op Shop is just the same. We’ve had so many wonderful and generous donations from our local community over the last few months that we’re bursting at the seams and have no room for our new Summer stock.

So our Spring cleaning will take the form of a super sale with all our winter stock priced at only $1 per item. All our brand name items will be included too, so there will be some serious bargains for everybody. As well, all our books, dvd’s and cd’s will  be half price.

The proceeds from this sale will go directly to our major charity, Triple B Care in The Philippines, still delivering amazing and life changing care under very differ out conditions. Val Smith Orr, in charge of this project was awarded an OAM earlier this year, which is fitting tribute for the work she and her team do to ease suffering.

The sale starts on Thursday, September 2 at 9.30 am, and will continue through the next week.

Our opening hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9.30 to 1pm, and we’d love to see you. We’re at 22 Main Street Palmwoods, opposite the SPAR. Our friendly volunteers will always welcome you with a smile and try to help you find just what you’re looking for.
