Nambour input drives Pinnacle development

Grandview Developments General Manager Gavin Wuiske is delighted to announce that Stage 1 of Pinnacle on Maud is over 50 percent sold. Amber Werchon Property converted a rush of contracts prior to the  December 31 deadline for purchasers to receive a $25,000 Home Builder Grant.

“When the post Christmas Home Builder Grant of $15,000 is coupled with the first home buyers grant of $15,000 and stamp duty relaxations, it accounts for nearly 10 percent of the purchase price,” Mr Wuiske said. “But this opportunity is only available up until the 31st of March 2021, so the time to secure this level of financial assistance is very quickly coming to an end.

“At an extremely affordable price point, Pinnacle on Maud is an ideal opportunity to enter the property market or to downsize to free up some equity, while enjoying a low maintenance lifestyle in a fantastic central location,” he said.

Amber Werchon agent Frenchy Devos said there had been strong interest from property investors who would enjoy peace of mind from a 2 year guaranteed rental return backed by Rock Property.

“One of our first home buyers purchased with the grants and loved the product so much that his mother and auntie have also decided to purchase north-facing units on other floors to take in the 270 degree hinterland views,” Mr Devos said.

Principal Architect Paul Braithwaite of Sprout Architects, grew up on the coast and went to St John’s College in Nambour. “Paul understands the local environment extremely well and has provided a unique and practical design solution for this commission,” said Mr Wuiske. “Pinnacle has been designed to cater for all demographics from DINKs to empty-nesters and downsizers. Each apartment is fully accessible, with the option of zero steps from your carpark to the unit entry door and a secure lock & leave ability if you like to travel.”

Sunshine Coast Town planner, Cameron Adams of Adams & Sparkes, said it was great to see this type of project in the heart of the Nambour CBD. “Residents will be able to take advantage of all the conveniences Nambour has to offer — from public transport to shops, restaurants and entertainment,” said Mr Adams.  “We worked with council to achieve an outcome unique to Nambour CBD.”
