Modern living in Nambour CBD

The official release of ‘Pinnacle on Maud’ took place on November 18, with representatives from Grandview Developments, Amber Werchon Property and Council attending.

‘Pinnacle on Maud’ is described as a first for Nambour, comprising 40 luxurious and beautifully appointed units,  within easy proximity of the Nambour CBD and entertainment precinct.

“We are extremely excited to have worked with the Council and local companies to create a project that is a first for the Nambour CBD,” said Grandview Developments General Manager Gavin Wuiske.

“We have a long association with Nambour, having created and delivered the 57 Lot estate, Coes Creek Sanctuary, since 2014,” he said.

“We love the Nambour community. It still feels like a big country town. People are friendly and we are spoiled for amenities and facilities here, from health and education to entertainment and hospitality.

“It is a picturesque rural town and our units have been designed to take advantage of the development’s elevation which allows for leafy hinterland views. They represent a truly unique opportunity at a remarkably affordable price.”

“Kudos must go to Grandview Developments for moving ahead with this project,” said Tristan Brown of Amber Werchon Property, Nambour.

“We really see this as a kick starter for bigger things to come for the town.

“We are getting very strong interest from first home buyers, investors and downsizers, which is not surprising as Grandview is very well known for delivering quality projects and finishes.

“As a first home buyer, you could be eligible for $40,000 worth of government incentives on new properties – ($15,000 from the State and $25,000 from the Federal Government).

“Even if you are not a first-home buyer, the $25,000 HomeBuilder grant is available for owner-occupiers. These incentives really boost affordability and viability,” he said.

“These 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1 car units are excellent value, where the turnkey purchase price is equivalent to a block of land in nearby Palmwoods or Woombye,” Gavin said.

“Pinnacle on Maud is a low maintenance, sustainable lifestyle product that is cheaper to own than rent. It will truly change Nambour low maintenance living while embracing a modern lifestyle.”
