What every Mum loves most is time with her favourite people. That’s why Flaxton Gardens will be presenting the perfect Mother’s Day morning High Tea or family lunchtime dining experience. This Mother’s Day guests will be able to relax, enjoy beautiful food, and drink in the spectacular views.

“May is one of the most beautiful months in the Hinterland, and this is our most popular weekend of the year,” said Restaurant Manager, Joe Van As.

With this in mind, the chefs at Flaxton Gardens have designed a menu that has something for everyone.

“You can start the morning with a Flaxton Luxury Tapas and Bollinger High Tea, or our Flaxton Famous Tapas High Tea with a Twist, at $45pp,” Joe said. “A different take on tradition is our Queensland Tapas Style High Tea”.

If you aren’t a morning person, you can always opt for the set seasonal menu selection with 3 courses and receive a complimentary glass of house wine or house sparkling. This option is available from 1pm.

“I always recommend that guests try our utterly divine Flaxton Specialty Raspberry Souffle, baked fresh to order and topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Raspberry Coulis. Our regulars come from far and wide for this superb dessert,” said Joe.

You can celebrate Mother’s Day all weekend on the 7th and 8th of May 2022.
